Steve Booras received his Master's Degree in Accounting in 1995 from California State University of Hayward.
Steve worked in audit for a few years and then many years as a corporate controller in the high tech industry. After being laid off due to the high tech attrition, Steve went to work for his brother in Real Estate Finance. His fresh new start was UPG Financial. Steve worked for UPG, Inc. from 2003-2008 and ended his tenure as a corporate partner. In 2009, Steve had the ambition to start his own company, Bay Capital Mortgage.
Steve was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area in Northern California. He married Christina Trucco in 1993 and has 3 children, Andrew, Ashley & Christopher.
